Knit in style with Mama’s Magic Handmade Knitting Needles -- as seen in Interweave Knits Magazine (Fall 2009)!
This pair of knitting needles has been shaped and sanded by hand, then oiled, waxed, and decorated in Mama’s Magic style with gorgeous Pink Quartz art glass, beautiful blue lamp worked beads with a dotted flower design in white and pink, and silver accent beads. At Mama’s Magic Studio, we believe the tools that make beautiful things should be beautiful in and of themselves!
Each pair of knitting needles is crafted from USA grown Poplar wood (a renewable resource that helps protect the rainforests) and finished to the ideal smoothness, perfectly silky so that yarn slides on easily but not so slippery that it falls right off. No clear coat used, so the surface will not chip; after using for a while, simply rub down with waxed paper to renew the finish.
These knitting needles are approximately US size 16 and the wooden part is 11 7/8†long. The decorative bead topper is approximately 1 1/4 †in diameter and it adds another 1/2†in length.
Knitting needles will be shipped first class with delivery confirmation (USPS) or first class international, in a sturdy cardboard tube to be sure they arrive at your door in pristine condition. Please note that the yarn in the picture is not included. Also note that CA residents will be charged 9.25% sales tax with your Paypal payment. Questions? Please ask!
